Joining The WIT Network as a Strategic Advisor

It’s incredible to think that more than a decade has passed since I first met Christine Bongard. Our initial connection was through a partnership, and later, I had the privilege of collaborating with her on a video project that captured the vibrant culture and dynamic team at QTS, where she served as Vice President and COO. Christine’s energy, leadership, and unwavering passion were—and continue to be—absolutely infectious. Over the years, she has not only excelled but thrived, consistently raising the bar in everything she takes on. I am immensely grateful to call her both a colleague and a friend.

Christine’s remarkable journey has brought her to spearhead one of her most impactful legacies yet: The WIT (Women in Technology) Network. Since its inception in 2018, this global organization has been on a mission to foster a balanced and inclusive technology industry. Under Christine’s leadership, The WIT Network has grown exponentially, with over 14,000 members spanning 80 countries and partnerships with 50 forward-thinking corporations. Her team’s relentless dedication ensures that women in technology not only have a voice but also a robust support system as they navigate and rise within the predominantly male-dominated tech landscape.

Today, I am thrilled to share some exciting personal news: I have joined The WIT Network’s Advisory Team as a Strategic Advisor. This role is one of the most meaningful opportunities I’ve embraced during my 30-year career, as it allows me to deepen my commitment to empowering women in tech and to drive meaningful change within an industry that has profoundly shaped both my professional journey and personal growth.

From my early days at Microsoft to scaling startups, mentoring emerging leaders, and driving global expansion strategies, I’ve seen firsthand how diversity can transform teams, organizations, and outcomes. But diversity isn’t just about representation—it’s about fostering environments where women feel valued, heard, and empowered to thrive.

This is why I am so honored to join forces with The WIT Network. Their mission resonates deeply with my values, and their impact is tangible. Through mentorship, education, sponsorship, and networking opportunities, they are creating pathways for women to excel at every stage of their careers. As a Strategic Advisor, I look forward to collaborating with this incredible team to expand advocacy efforts, forge meaningful partnerships, and inspire the next generation of women leaders to redefine what’s possible.
